Mr. Richman concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium, real estate, and litigation. Mr. Richman is an experienced association attorney representing condominium associations and common interest communities and rendering advice on Declaration and rule enforcement, contract review and construction matters. Mr. Richman has successfully represented clients in front of the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission as well as the in front of the Illinois Department of Human Rights and Chicago Commission on Human Relations. Additionally he has extensive experience representing the owners in commercial, large residential and mixed-use housing transactions. Mr. Richman is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
